At SpirIT UK we strongly believe in firm ethics to support worthwhile causes. We are active participants of the United Nations Global Compact - fully supporting their initiatives.
This is how:
The majority of our clients are 3rd sector organisations that we support and volunteer for on a regular basis, we do not work for or support any organisations that are complicit in human rights abuse or discrimination.
Our open book approach and equal opportunities employment gives transparency and fairness to employees, candidates and customers.
We are working towards being ISO 14000 and practice green disposal of equipment.
Our values exceed anti corruption and we do turn down opportunities where there is a request or likelihood of corruption.
More than just an IT company
We always aim to be transparent in our dealings and in this way create an open and trusting relationship with you. Our support arrangements are predictable and flexible, you don't get locked in and you can plan for your growth. Support costs start from just 25p per day per device!
For over 20 years the staff of SpirIT UK (and SpirIT of Free Enterprise) have worked with the 3rd sector alongside voluntary service & non-governmental / non-profit organisations, setting up and supporting social enterprises and community projects in the UK, India and Africa.
Our team regularly gets involved in fund raising events and helpful activities with many of the charities we support - from donating free equipment to taking part in coffee mornings, sponsored runs and even gardening and other projects!

Since 2013 we have taken part in several British 10k runs and also the London Marathon, raising over £3,000 for our client
We were deeply honoured to receive this Appreciation Award from Nubian Life - such a beautiful, kind gesture and a total surprise. It is engraved with the words:
"To SpirIT UK For the many devoted hours of help & encouragement you have unselfishly given to Nubian Life"
Really, we all believe that they should be given an award for all their hard work and dedication to the elderly...
In March 2018, one of the team took part in the Bath Half Marathon to raise money for Dorothy House Hospice.
It was a cold and snowy day so the 'outdoor' part of the event got cancelled, but Chris still managed to complete the run in well under 2 hours at the gym! 😀
We participated in the MSF 5k Fun Run in Regents Park. We dressed up, had a great day and raised over £500 for Médecins Sans Frontières
Our team assisted with WFP's 'Healthy Not Hungry' Dinner Event, by helping to prepare and manage presentations and providing technical support throughout the event.
Our engineers recently prepared and donated laptops for the rescued Yezidi girls in Iraq, to help with education and rehabilitation projects set up by Khalsa Aid. We are truly privileged to be a small part of Khalsa Aid's amazing work
Whether they're meant for charity bake sales or gifts for account manager visits, our clients are always delighted to see these yummy treats! (Baked by our in-house SpirIT UK cake baker - Palvi)
Our Director ran the Birmingham Great Run (half-marathon) with Nishkam Aid, and raised around £1,500 for the maternity ward at Kericho District Hospital, Kenya
Many people want the latest and greatest machines, so our workshop often ends up with old and unused equipment from various sites. We love to recycle - so where possible, we clean up and re-vamp these machines and donate them to charities and not-for-profit groups free of charge
Nubian Life Elderly Centre are one of our most valued clients, and they kindly invited us to join them on a sponsored walk. The weather was cold and wet, but spirits were high!!
We were honoured to be invited to the London Tigers Awards Ceremony in London. Even more privileged to be asked to present one of the awards as an official sponsor and supporter of their wonderful work
Nubian Life desperately needed a calm and relaxing space for their elderly residents, so SpirIT UK's family and friends got together and spent a day weeding, mowing & tidying their garden. The staff and residents were over the moon 🙂
